I have never followed a set spiritual tradition or path but instead have chosen my own path.

I have spent relatively short periods of time living as renunciant, most of my journey has been on the “householder path” earning my living, paying my bills and living a normal everyday life.

This is the path that I support my clients on.

For me the Householder Path has been a learning of how to connect to my own divinity between work and washing up. When you feel the presence of something greater than your personality self and drop into a deep sense of inner peace as you let go of everything you see through the mind and senses, just for a minute you have come home to your heart.

I will meet you where you are on your own journey and support you with love and compassion.

For many clients our initial sessions focus on identifying the true sources of stress and distress in your life. Together we explore how your mind interprets events and experiences that contribute to your discomfort. As you begin to see these patterns more clearly, a sense of freedom naturally follows. Awareness is always the first step toward meaningful change.  

My role is to support you in re-establishing an experience of wellbeing and joy in your life. You will be shown how to relax and live life with a greater degree of personal awareness and ease.

With effortless effort you will start to develop a deeper caring and compassion for yourself and others.

As a spiritual mentor’s my desire is not to transmit knowledge or understanding as much as to bring about recognition in my client of their own beautiful perfect pre-existing nature. This is a much more subtle thing than simply teaching someone a skill or understanding.
